OKAY

So I have got sosososoooo off track. 

From tomorrow I am going to do everyday ~ 30-45mins on my exersize bike.
                                                             ~ 50 sit ups
                                                             ~ 1min + plank
                                                             ~ 30-50 reps of any thigh work outs
                                                             ~ 10-15 reps of any arm work outs

AND I am going to get my eating back on track as well!
